Bayani Building and Restoration

I have enabled accounts for visitors who have requested access.  However, as the site administrator, I determine which accounts are valid or webots and act accordingly to remove any accounts which spam or are abusive.  Any inappropriate posting will also be removed and the account of the offending party will be deleted.
